Mental Health Week
It will be mental health week (10th – 14th May) soon and the Network will be recognising this week by sending out many resources through the week.
We will also kick off the week by running a mental health day at Bacons College on the grass area.
It will comprise of a three stationed carousel event which will include yoga/mindfulness, capoeira and problem solving activities.
