Healthy Eating Workshops/Events
We have several different workshops and events designed for both KS1 and KS2 regarding Healthy Eating. Our workshops and events entail various practical and analytical activities. We cover multiple topics such as sugar content, portion control, balanced diets, eating habits, calorie control and the importance of physical exercise. It is exceptionally important for children to learn about maintaining healthy diets for the benefit of their Physical and Mental Well-being. Developing knowledge at a young age can inspire healthy habitual routines that then create a balanced future and the best start in life.
