In Summer we will be launching our Yoga Carousel event. This will be a three-point based workshop involving different types of Yoga and Pranayama techniques. Our children are living on a planet growing faster than they are, busy parents, exceeding rates of advanced technology, incessant lessons, video games, super store shopping centres and cashless environments. Although some children may not seem effected by such a world, all of these daily movements can pose stress on young developing minds. Yoga can help counter-act such problems by influencing techniques for self-health, personal relaxation, creativity enhancement, balance and coordination refinement, increased levels of focus and concentration and a strengthening of Mind and Body connection. We have designed this workshop so that children can experience different types of yoga and explore techniques that’ll best suit their individual lifestyles.
